South Philly: FDR Skatepark

FDR Skatepark
Mick Kalata, 20, of South Philadelphia, does a “quarter pipe air” jump on his BMX bike in the 3-bowl area of FDR Skatepark. The skatepark is located beneath Interstate 95 in FDR Park and was built by skateboarders in the early 90’s after the city banned them from skateboarding at Love Park.
