In preparation for the grand opening, Benjamin Cespedes, {quote}Ziggy{quote}, 29, applies one of more than 40,000 strokes of the squeegee required to clean the approximately 15,000 window surfaces of the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts in Philadelphia, November 2001. Ziggy and crew of approximately 30 worked multiple shifts seven days a week for 28 days to complete. The Drake apartment building serves as a beautiful backdrop.
