Clonmanoise
A man strolls through the ancient monastic site of Clonmacnoise overlooking the River Shannon in County Offaly of Ireland. The site was founded by St. Ciaran in 548 AD and includes numerous early churches, high crosses, two round towers and a large collection of early Christian grave slabs.
